The Office of Education Abroad

The University of Connecticut offers over 200 education abroad programs in 65 countries on six continents. You can study as far away as China or as close as Mexico. Studying abroad is a great way to gain proficiency in another language and to experience a new culture. There is no better way to learn about yourself, expand your worldview, and develop practical skills than by spending significant time in a different country. Consult our website to learn about programs, scholarships, and getting credit in your major/minor. Financial aid applies for all programs.

If you would like to make an appointment with an advisor, you can contact the Education Abroad Office:

UConn Education Abroad

For regional campus students studying abroad and, upon their return, will be campus changing directly to the Storrs Campus, a STUDY ABROAD: CAMPUS CHANGE CHECKLIST has been created so you can be cognizant of important deadlines and information, including applying for housing, completing the campus change form, and registering for classes.
